Prior to joining Canopy Development in 2025, Micah was a Residential Construction Manager and Land Development Manager for Ryan Homes. During his time at Ryan Homes, Micah managed the new construction of more than three hundred units. After managing vertical construction, Micah transitioned to the Land Department, where he oversaw residential developments from concept to completion with sites ranging from quaint twelve-lot communities to thousand-lot master plan developments.
